Otemachi Place is the largest new urban development area in Otemachi, with a lot area of 2ha and total area of around 354,000㎡. As Otemachi’s new business district, it was developed not only as a place where people, goods, and information gather and are exchanged, but also as a public space where people can connect beyond the confines of business.

The building design heavily emphasizes public accessibility. Rare for an office building, roughly 30,000㎡ of total floor space stretching across five floors is designated as a public space. Planters (Atelier Vierkant) and stools (joint design by Atelier Vierkant and Nihon Sekkei, Inc.) made specifically for Otemachi Place are placed in the central promenade, creating a new oasis where people can gather.
