毎年クリスマスの時期に伐採され、ゴミとして捨てられる木を減らすために、グリーン・ワイズでは２つの異なるアイデアのツリーを展開しました。

Trees are cut down every Christmas season.
To reduce those thrown away as waste, we at Green Wise have developed two different ideas for the Christmas tree.

鉢植えにして飾り、装飾期間後はグリーン・ワイズに運搬され、また来年もツリーとして活躍できるように大切に育て管理していきます。樹は生きものですので、管理の中で残念ながら枯れてしまう場合もあります。その場合はチップ化しグリーン・ワイズが管理する緑地の舗装として無駄なく利用いたします。

ツリーのオーナメントには、再生可能なガラスやペット素材のオーナメントを使用。
ペット素材のオーナメントの中には押花をいれ、ナチュラルな彩りでツリーを飾り付けます。

植え付けるプランターの素材にも配慮し、森林農業の過程で出る枝や樹⽪残材をリサイクルして制作された鉢を使用し、森の恵みを十分に活用したクリスマスの装飾となっています。

The trees are decorated as potted plants and transported to Green Wise after the Christmas season, where they are carefully grown and maintained so they can be used as Christmas trees again the following year. Trees are living things, so it is inevitable there are times the tree may die. In those cases, the trees will be turned into wood chips and used along the paths in green spaces that Green Wise maintains, minimizing waste.

Ornaments of recyclable glass or polyethylene terephthalate (PET) are used to decorate the trees.
Pressed flowers are inserted into the PET-derived ornaments and used to decorate the trees with natural color.

We also consider the material of the planter itself, and use pots made from agroforestry byproducts such as reused branches and scrap bark, so that the Christmas decorations can make full use of the forests’ blessings.

様々な香る針葉樹の小枝を寄せ集めて形作られたクリスマスツリーです。

樹を丸々1本ではなく、剪定枝で作るサステナブルな代替品です。作られた寄枝のツリーは、小さなスペースにも適応し、水や特別なケアを必要としません。コニファーやシラカバの枝、ノバラの実など、全て自然素材のものを使用し、緑の優しい濃淡やドライになっていく色の変化も楽しめます。

ツリーの土台となる部分にも剪定枝を使用し、接合素材も麻紐を使用するなど、見えない部分にも自然素材にこだわりました。

剪定枝ツリーは装飾後、社員の皆様にスワッグにしてプレゼントします。
グリーン・ワイズのスタッフが撤去と同時にスワッグを作成しお渡しするお裾分け会は、ちょっとしたイベントとして社員の皆様のオフィスでの楽しいひと時を演出いたします。

Christmas tree forms created by gathering bundles of twigs from conifers with various fragrances.

Rather than using an entire tree, this is a sustainable alternative made with branch trimmings. These twig bundle trees are appropriate for small spaces and do not require water or special care. Using entirely natural materials such as conifer or birch branches and wild rose hips, you can enjoy the soft shades of green and color changes as the materials continue to dry.

We took care to use natural materials even in the areas that are not visible, such as branch trimmings for the base of the tree and hemp twine as the joining material.

After decorating the twig bundle trees, we give them to all your employees as hanging wall swags.
GREEN WISE staff members create and hand out the wall decorations while taking down the trees during this sharing event.
And through this small event, we provide an opportunity for your employees to have a fun occasion at their workplace.
